Returns and Refunds
No returns are allowed unless the product delivered is incorrect or defective*. Please do inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event you do receive an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologise to you. Please reach out to us at email@example.com, with a photo of the incorrect item / defect, along with your order invoice. State if you would like to do a return for a refund or a 1-to-1 exchange. We will then process it as soon as we can and you will hear from us within 3 working days.
We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or a 1-to-1 exchange. We regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for any if we are not notified within 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for the above, your item must be:
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
We will arrange with you a collection date to pick the item up or to do a 1-to-1 exchange, free-of-charge.
Should you opt for a refund, you will receive the refund once your returned order is received by us. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In the event that you had a change in mind, we're here to help. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may exchange your purchased item for any item of the same value or lower. No refund will be given for the difference in amount.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items and re-delivery. Returns must be done via our selected courier.
Please do note that discounted or sales items are not eligible for any exchanges.
